Heart-Centered Vinyasa Flow

Stretch, flow and breathe fluidity into your practice with Odyssey Soul. You’ll move continuously with your breath and flow seamlessly through creative and light-hearted sequences that challenge you. Great for all levels. Sweat is optional but highly likely!

SOUL SOUL

Align & Hatha yoga

Getting real with form and precision – yoga at its essence. It’s about how you move into, stay, and move out of poses. Great if you are just getting started in your yoga journey, and even better if you are a little way along (slow down to speed up, anyone?!) Whichever box you fall into, we’ll help you to climb out of it with soul-full movements and lots of breath. Great for all levels.

Music-Centered Vinyasa Flow

A Soul session with a live DJ that leads the rhythm of the practice though well-crafted, dynamic beats. You’ll move with creative sequences that challenge you as the music speeds up or slows down. Fun is guaranteed for all levels!

Erin is a passionate yoga teacher from Australia with over 7 years’ experience teaching worldwide. She loves to inspire people to focus on their fitness, health and happiness through mindful movement and creative yoga flow. She’s also a DJ so expect to hear some killer tunes in her classes!

Christy is a yoga teacher on a mission to empower students to celebrate their own unique gifts. Through her playful and upbeat classes, she strives to create a space where people can feel good and have fun while exploring new possibilities. Christy believes humour is essential and laughter is the best core exercise. Her intuitive and playful style of teaching is influenced by fitness, mindfulness and several yoga lineages including Hatha, Vinyasa, Restorative and Yin.

Parker is originally from Los Angeles, California and has dedicated himself to the practice and study of yoga since his introduction in 2015. He received his 200-hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training at The Practice here in Bali and has completed an additional 120-hour Yin Yoga Training with the legendary Nik Robson. Parker aims to lead a powerful, joyful and unique practice focusing on the breath, the body and mindful meditation.
